Week 3 Start/Sit

Here’s a refined version of your message:

Happy NFL Sunday, everyone! This fantasy season has been a roller coaster for many, with injuries piling up across the league and bye weeks yet to come, making lineup decisions even trickier.

Last week, we successfully recommended starting Malik Nabers and Brian Robinson Jr., while advising to sit Denver RBs and Christian Kirk. However, we missed on DK Metcalf and Kirk Cousins.

Without further ado, here are our Week 3 Sit/Starts:

Justin:

Start:

  • Jordan Mason

  • Brock Bowers

  • Ja'Marr Chase

Sit:

  • Dolphins’ wide receivers

  • Giants’ offense

  • Broncos’ offense

Jeff:

Start:

  • Brandon Aiyuk
With the 49ers banged up, Aiyuk is one of the last standing. Although he’s been slow to ramp up early in the season, with no Deebo or McCaffrey, they’ll need to lean on him.

  • Zach Charbonnet
Charbonnet steps into a starting role for the second consecutive week against one of the league's worst rushing defenses. He may not dazzle with efficiency, but volume is key.

  • Adam Thielen

Thielen has been miserable threw two weeks but Bryce Young was benched for Any Dalton. If you remember, Andy Dalton was great in his last start dating back to Week 3 of the 2023 season and Adam Thielen was his go-to.

Sit:

  • Packers’ wide receivers

Jordan Love is out again in Week 3 and they are going against the Titans who have a pretty stout pass defense. Stay away from any Packer WR.

  • Drake London

London Salvaged what was a terrible game by scoring a last minute touchdown in week 2. Now he’ll go up against the Chiefs who have an even better defense.

  • Rachaad White

White has not been himself so far in 2024. While he was productive last season due to high volume, his inefficiencies remain, and now he faces competition for touches.
